Operational winsDr. Spencer Montgomery is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee reconstruction and revision arthroplasty. He serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Dr. Montgomery completed fellowship training in Lower Extremity Reconstruction at St. Michael’s Hospital, University of Toronto, and a Biodesign Innovation Fellowship at Stanford. He is dual board‑certified (US and Canada) and brings a hands‑on engineering mindset from earlier work as a licensed auto mechanic.
