About Zekko LLC

We are a medical device startup advancing the next generation of surgical tools. Our initial product work centers on single‑use, sterile kits for revision total knee arthroplasty (rTKA) designed to remove friction in the OR, reduce sterilization overhead, and standardize difficult steps of complex reconstructions.

Our design philosophy is simple: provide patients with reliable surgical treatment by eliminating variability, provide surgeons with peace of mind and support in challenging surgical cases, reduce logistical costs associated with transportation and sterilization of heavy revision equipment ensuring results are repeatable, reliable, and remarkable.

Why single‑use?

  • Small storage footprint, implant agnostic
  • Reduced set‑processing costs and turn‑over time
  • Simple, reliable workflow for surgical team
  • Inventory always on hand and always complete

Focus Areas

Extraction Equipment (pending)

Efficient extraction preserves bonestock and reduces need for expensive implants

Single‑use • Sterile

Gap & Alignment Aids

Info you need, when you need it. Actionable balancing data after implant removal allows highly accurate implant placement.

Reproducibility

OR Efficiency

Principle based preparation simplifies workflow, minimizes bone loss, reduces complexity, and ensure critical tools are always on hand.
